Film users can enjoy all the benefits of ProlabExpress.com®. Simply send us your C-41, B&W or E-6 processed film protected
in plastic sleeving. We will scan your film and post your images online to your account, and notify you via an e-mail message. A CD(s) containing
your scanned images will be included with your returned film.
Two scan sizes are available, standard and ProScan. The standard scan will produce up to a 14-25MB file depending on film format. ProScan produces
up to a 26-40MB file size, depending on your film format. Digital ICE® is included at no additional charge on all scans. We recommend reviewing
and cleaning your images before ordering prints larger than proofs. Film will be scanned for pleasing color.
For your convenience, film will be returned with your next available print order. You may also elect to pick up your film order at our location
or have it shipped separately via UPS ($7.50).
Custom Scanning Capabilities
Flat art, film scanning up to 8x10, and larger scans for print are available. Our capabilities utilize Flextight, Sigma, Scitex, and Fuji scanning
equipment. Cut film scanning is also available. Contact customer service at

When sending film, please include the following:
- Roll film only please
- Studio and/or identifying name needs to be clearly written on the mailer.
- The ProlabExpress® order number needs to be plainly written on mailer.
Film Specifications
- C-41, B&W, or E-6.
- 35MM, 120, and 220
- Images are copied to a CD and uploaded to your account as level 12 jpegs.
- Severely over or under exposed frames are not included in your scans.
- Scans are cleaned using Digital ICE®.
