Images are printed directly to art canvas with UV curable ink technology. A clear, protective coating is added to resist moisture and provide
scratch and UV resistance. ProlabExpress®'s exclusive new stretching and framing technology eliminates the need for future stretching.
The canvas wrap has a more substantial feel compared to traditional wrap products, and the frame technology provides superior corner wrapping.
Select from two options for the back of your canvas wrap - the traditional "open" back with inset wire hardware or, at no additional charge,
the museum grade back that includes a finished black backing, museum grade fasteners, and black, Kevlar® wire for hanging. Corner
bumpers are provided for wall protection on both open and museum backs. To hang flush to the wall, the open back requires one fastener to the
wall while the museum back requires two fasteners.
1.5" and 2.5" depths are available.
Canvas Wraps arrive ready to hang.
Canvas Wraps have a lead time of 5 to 7 business days.
When preparing a 1.5" Canvas Wrap, please add or allow 2 inches on each side of an image for wrapped area. For instance, if you are ordering
a 16x20 canvas, the file size should be 20x24 inches at 300dpi. This includes the 1.5 inches on the side and the .5 inch that attaches around
on the back.
When preparing a 2.5" Canvas Wrap, please add or allow 3 inches on each side of an image for wrapped area. For instance, if you are ordering
a 16x20 canvas, the file size should be 22x26 inches at 300dpi. This includes the 2.5 inches on the side and the .5 inch that attaches around
on the back.
Coatings
There are two optional coatings to choose from, Smooth and Brush Stroke. Both coatings are a heavy bodied acrylic texturing gel. Once dry, the
semi-gloss finish enhances the color brilliance and density of the canvas.

Smooth Coating is evenly applied and settles into the weave of the canvas. Once dry, only the canvas texture is revealed.
- Brush Stroke

Brush Stroke Coating is applied with a multitude of brush strokes in a random pattern. Once dry, the brush strokes add dimension from reflecting
light.
